Importance of Crystals in Meditation

A forgotten science which is rarely understood
As per Vedic science it is said on earth everything is alive , though it is not scientifically proven but it is truth.
Crystals are also alive and have a very pious energy; it could change the energy level of the place which positively affects everything in the area.
Crystals work on a principle of vibration having their own energy helping them to maintain balance between your mind, body, and soul.
There are 7 chakra points during a healing session and to help them balance out, particular stones are used. Here are the following stones which I recommend but you can always choose the ones you like more as well.

  • Root Chakra- Garnet and Red Jasper
  • Sacral Chakra-Orange Calcite and Amber Calcite
  • Solar Plexus Chakra-Citrine and Golden Yellow Apatite
  • Brow or 3RD Eye Chakra- Lapis Lazuli and Azurite
  • Crown Chakra- White Topaz and Amethyst
  • Heart Chakra- Jade and Rose Quartz
  • Throat Chakra-Blue Calcite and Blue Turquoise

If you only have one crystal then you must go with a clear crystal as it is good one to start for all the above mentioned chakras.
There are further many crystals which have much higher vibration and can bring positive change.
